Region A Path Forward & Governance Changes

At WE17 (held in Austin, 10-26-28), the SWE Senate voted on the governance changes and all motions passed. Next fiscal year the society will shift towards a structure without the region boundaries.

Learn more about the motions here: http://senate.swe.org/amendments-and-motions.html

Read the detailed implementation plan here: http://societyofwomenengineers.swe.org/images/Governance/SWE-Governance-Implementation-Plan-9-20-17.pdf

If you're thinking about roles for next year, Region A will be electing a Senator and Society Nominating Committee Rep for the last time. Write Cassi Janakos <cjanakos[at]gmail[dot]com> for more information
